EXTRA SUPER P-FORCE 

Extra Super P-Force is a new form of hybrid combination treatment for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation both at the same time. It is a powerful medicine as it deals with two of the majour sexual problems at the same time. Containing the active ingredients Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine, patients can experience a healthy erection and more control over the length of intercourse. Dapoxetine is clinically proven and approved in many countries to treat premature ejaculation and allows intercourse to last longer. The active ingredients of Extra Super P-Force Are Sildenafil Citrate100mg which belongs to the PDE-5 and Dapoxetine100mg which belongs to the family of (SSRI) serotonin reuptake inhibitors. These drugs work by dilating the blood vessels in the body — particularly around the genital area. This allows stronger blood flow to enable an erection to take place.

WORKING OF EXTRA SUPER P FORCE 

Sildenafil is used to treat men with inability to achieve and maintain penile erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. Sildenafil acts by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby increasing blood flow through the penis when sexually excited. It also widens and relaxes the blood vessels in the lung decreasing the blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension).

Dapoxetine is used to treat premature ejaculation in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. This may reduce the frustration or worry related to early ejaculation. Dapoxetine belongs to class of medications called short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It increases the time it takes to ejaculate and can improve the control over the ejaculation.

SIDE EFFECTS

• Diarrhea
• Flushing
• Light sensitivity

Generally, the side effects go away with time and are very mild. But if they don’t go off or the condition starts to worsen contact your doctor immediately. 

IMPORTANT NOTE 

Do not take more than one tablet per day. Do not consume grapefruit or grapefruit products while taking Extra Super P-Force. Always talk to your doctor before taking ANY medication for erectile dysfunction. Some erectile dysfunction medications are not suitable for men with certain medical conditions, and your doctor can advise you on an alternative. Never take other ED medications at the same time with Extra Super P-Force. Contact your doctor immediately if an allergic reaction, sudden vision loss or painful erections lasting more than four hours occur. Drinking alcohol after taking Extra Super P-Force may lower blood pressure and decrease sexual performance.
